A copy of your complaint will be sent immediately to the email address you provide on the Complaints Form. You will also receive a response within a maximum of thirty (30) business days, informing you, if applicable, of the measures taken by the company. * Filing a complaint does not preclude the use of other dispute resolution methods, nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI.
* The supplier must respond to the complaint within thirty (30) calendar days, and may extend this period for up to thirty (30) additional days, after notifying the consumer.
